Because of the technical nature of specifications and demands on a client’s time, many clients use a full project management package.  This would involve appoint of suitable contractors to undertake the work detailed in the specification.  All the work undertaken would be overseen to ensure it accurately reflects the clients requirements and is completed to a suitable standard and quality.
